Back ordered items will be sent on to you as soon as they are received at
our warehouse, typically this takes 7-14 days.
We reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £3.00 to modify
your order. Outright order cancellations can be made with no charge.

Payment Options We currently accept all major credit/debit cards including Visa Electron and Paypal (Transactions are processed by Paypal, A Paypal account is not required) Shipping Options Packages up to 2.0kg in weight are sent by Royal Mail 1st & 2nd class post (depending on value of goods) usually arriving within 1-3 working days, but can take up to 5 days. Bulkier items or parcels over 2.0kg in weight are sent by carrier, which currently is a 1-3 day service. A surcharge will be applied to deliveries to Northern Ireland and the following extended area postcodes:- DD, DG, EH, FK, G, KA (except KA27 & KA28), KY, ML, TD, AB1 - AB16, AB21 - AB25, AB30, AB39, PA1 - PA19, PH1 - PH3 All of Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Isle of Scilly The above postcodes are only affected with bulkier orders or high value orders which are sent via our courier, we will email you if required. Delivery Address Can I have goods delivered to an alternative address (not my home)? Yes. But if you are paying with a credit/debit card and request goods to be delivered to an address which is not the one that is known to the card issuer then certain security issues will be raised. You MUST fill in the relevant part of the order form which notifies us of the address which the card issuer is aware of. Verification in these circumstances may delay your order. Therefore we strongly recommend that wherever possible goods are sent to the address known to the card issuer. What happens if I am not at home when the delivery arrives? Royal Mail: If the package will not fit through your letter box a card should be posted through. Royal Mail will normally automatically retry the following day, if they fail on the 2nd attempt you will need to collect the parcel from your local depot, these details should be on the card left by the postman. Courier: The delivery driver will leave a card saying that he has made an attempt. You should call your local depot (the telephone number should appear on the card) and arrange a time for a second attempt. Alternatively you can collect from your local depot yourself.
