Our average dispatch times are approximately 1 - 3 days from placing your order (subject to stock)
Working days are defined as Monday to Friday. There are no Sunday Deliveries.
If you have ordered an item that is Out Of Stock or a Special Order, Delivery times can vary depending on our suppliers stock, we place order every other day with our suppliers so out of stock items are normally received by our customers within 7 to 14 days, but usually quicker.
Our shipping rates are very simple, all orders under £175 are charged
at a flat rate of £3.00 and orders over the value of £175 are posted free*, we also offer shipping options which are displayed at the checkout.
* Some item are excluded from the free shipping, as they are too heavy and we incur a surcharge from our couriers. These items will be Cleary identified as you browse our products. These items will incur a shipping charge of £6.95 (per order only)
Products can be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt. All products must be returned new, unused, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging, Opened packages may only be exchanged, refunds are only available if the item is faulty

There is a £3.00 postage charge for exchanges. (£6.95 if an excluded item)
If you receive a damaged/faulty please contact us by email (sales@fasttrackmodels.co.uk) explaining the issue, Please provide you original order number and your full contact details. When returning the item please include a covering letter, which should include the reason for returning the item, your full details, your order number and your returns number. We will then issue you a returns number and the return address. Non faulty returns must be received within 7 days of receipt. We advise all customers to send parcels recorded delivery when returning items to us and obtain a proof of posting. Loss of parcel being returned is not our responsibility.
We will do are best to refund/replace all returns within 5 days of receiving your item.
Once in a while, we have a package returned to us because the couriers were unableto deliver it to you. We will attempt to contact you to establish a convenient re-dispatching date. Unfortunately we have to recharge you the shipping fee, as we get charged for returned parcels.
